Abstract

Pilonidal sinus is a hair containing sinus at the sacrococcygeal region, results in chronic discharging wounds (1, 2). It commonly affects young male patients (3, 4). There were controversies about the etiology and management of pilonidal Sinus (5). Most patients require surgical intervention, and the treatment modalities including simple incision and drainage, lying open, marsupialization, exci¬sion, and primary closure, or rhomboid excision with Limberg flap procedure
