Medico Edge Publications offers refunds for Article Maintenance Charges (AMC) in cases where an error on our part has led to the failure of publishing an article. However, refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

1. Article retraction due to conflicts: If an article is retracted due to conflicts of interest or other reasons, a refund will not be entertained.

2. Failure to submit necessary corrections: If authors fail to submit required corrections for the article, resulting in non-publication, a refund will not be provided.

3. Insufficient information or ethical clarification: If authors fail to provide the necessary information or clarification regarding ethical issues related to the article, leading to non-publication, a refund will not be issued.

4. Article withdrawal by authors: If authors choose to withdraw their article from publication, no refund will be granted.
